David joined Blick Rothenberg in August 2024 and has a dual role leading the Global Mobility service line in the South of the UK, and also the Global Mobility Technology Platform. 

David focuses on Global Mobility tax services to multi-international companies of all sizes and to individuals for over two decades. 

He’s lived in both the UK and the US, leading services lines and teams at both global professional services partnerships as well as specialist global mobility consultancies. He excels in problem-solving complex mobility tax risk and compliance projects for any company with a mobile workforce in the areas of tax, payroll and social security. 

In the last 15 years, David has led teams and projects designing, implementing and operationalising global mobility policy, process and technology to support the mobile workforce. This has included onboarding clients to assignment management platforms as well as leading successful business traveller and remote worker projects using technology specifically designed to locate the workforce. 

Outside of family and work, David has two main passions: Coaching rugby at high school level (he’s a qualified rugby coach and referee), and Archaeology, specifically late Roman/early Mediaeval.
