Dr. Jess Jones is a seasoned healthcare leader with over 20 years of experience driving positive change across the industry. He currently serves as the Head of Health & Healthcare Industry at the World Economic Forum, where he represents the interests of healthcare industry leaders and helps them execute an agenda to improve global access to equitable, affordable, and high-quality healthcare.

Prior to joining the WEF, Jess honed his expertise in diverse roles across the healthcare spectrum. He started his career as an investment professional, analysing market trends and evaluating cutting edge medical technologies and pharmaceuticals.  He then moved to McKinsey & Co, where he leveraged his experience as a consultant for Fortune 500 companies, guiding them on business optimization and market expansion strategies. Notably, Jess holds graduate degrees in both Medicine (MD) and Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia University, solidifying his understanding of both the financial and public health dimensions of healthcare systems.
