Przemek Szuder is Honeywell’s President for the European region and is based in Warsaw, Poland. With broad responsibilities for leading Honeywell’s business across a diverse set of countries including the EU27 as well the other countries in the region, e.g. the United Kingdom. Additionally, Przemek manages key strategic partnerships with industry bodies, external influencers, GTM partners, and government entities.

Przemek joined Honeywell as President of Central & Eastern Europe in January 2024. Prior to joining Honeywell, he held various leadership roles across the European market in IT, Cloud, and Consumer Goods industries, including most recently with Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he served as Managing Director of the CEE and CIS regions.

 Earlier in his career, Przemek was with Microsoft, where he held a series of senior leadership roles between 2009 and 2018. Prior to that, he was a CFO for Dell in Poland and held several finance positions in Procter & Gamble.

Przemek holds an MBA degree from the International Institute for Management Development in Switzerland and a Master’s in Corporate Management from Poznan Economic University in Poland.

Beyond his work, Przemek would describe himself as family oriented and sporty. He enjoys swimming, cycling and running. His two children (boy, age 14 and girl, age 11) both share the same passions.
