With over 22 years’ service at UPS, Sarah moved to the Public Affairs team at the beginning of 2018, where she has focused on various policy areas including urban access and sustainable transport solutions as well as aviation, international trade and postal issues in the UK, Ireland and the Nordics. Sarah previously led the Marketing Communications Team for UPS in the UK and Ireland. Her responsibilities included developing and implementing Marketing Communication strategies across all channels including advertising, customer communications, public relations, sponsorship and event activation and digital and social media. In that time, she worked on key projects such as the Lynx integration and the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic sponsorship activation.

Sarah is a U.S. citizen but has lived in the UK for over 25 years.  She has a B.A, in English from College of St. Benedict in Minnesota and a M.A. in Mass Communications from the University of Minnesota.
