Learn how to map customer journeys to improve their experience.

We are pleased to invite you to our Customer Journey Mapping seminar on Tuesday 26th September, taking place at the Novicell office in the heart of Shoreditch, London.

Business successes and growth can hinge on customer engagement – our seminar focuses on customer journey mapping and, by placing the customer at the heart of what your business does, how it can empower you to stay competitive in the digital landscape.

We will plot and document your customers’ journeys and experiences with your brand, service, and products.

By using expert insights, we can help design journeys that will make a customer come back time and again to engage with your brand.

So, if you want to get to know what makes your customers tick or are curious as to how to improve retention, Novicell’s customer journey mapping seminar is for you.

Audience: The seminar is for CMOs, CEM and CRM managers, and other marketing professionals who wish to increase the impact of their marketing activities.
