In response to the news that travellers arriving in England will be able to reduce their time in quarantine following private testing measures, BAB London Executive Director and Director of Policy and Trade, Emanuel Adam published the following statement:

“The transatlantic business community welcomes today’s announcement as a crucial step in our efforts to re-open the transatlantic corridor.

While it still requires the need to quarantine, we hope it will open the path for further solutions and efforts being made to help avoid quarantine all together, while ensuring the health of those travelling, and the wider public.

We urge the U.S. to follow the UK’s example as soon as possible. It’s time to take off.”
