Steve Grande is a Managing Director and Head of Human Resources for Fitch Ratings, a global credit ratings agency operating in 30 countries.  In this role, he leads the firm’s human resources strategy, with responsibility for talent management, leadership development, rewards, and organizational culture. 

Steve joined Fitch in 2018 as Head of Human Resources for Fitch Solutions, the company’s information services business. He transitioned into his current role four years later. Prior to joining Fitch, Steve spent 20 years at JPMorgan, where he held senior HR roles supporting Global Compliance, Investment Banking, and Private Banking, with professional experience in New York, San Francisco, and Mexico City. 

A native New Yorker, Steve earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brooklyn College and currently resides in Brooklyn with his wife and three children.
