Previously, Carmen was Vice-President of Corporate Finance at GSK where she gained an exposure to financing as an issuer. Prior to joining GSK, she held the position of Managing Director at Morgan Stanley (European Leverage Finance). Carmen started her career in 1996 in Leverage Finance departments of UBS, Merrill Lynch and then HVB. Michael J. Hsu is the Acting Comptroller of the Currency.
Mr. Hsu became Acting Comptroller of the Currency on May 10, 2021, upon his designation as First Deputy Comptroller by Secretary of the Treasury Janet Yellen pursuant to her authority under 12 USC 4.
As Acting Comptroller of the Currency, Mr. Hsu is the administrator of the federal banking system and chief executive officer of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). The OCC ensures that the federal banking system operates in a safe and sound manner, provides fair access to financial services, treats customers fairly, and complies with applicable laws and regulations. It supervises nearly 1,200 national banks, federal savings associations, and federal branches and agencies of foreign banks that serve consumers, businesses, and communities across the United States and conducts approximately 70 percent of banking activity in the country. These banks range from community banks serving local neighborhood needs to the nation’s largest most internationally active banks.
The Comptroller also serves as a Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and a member of the Financial Stability Oversight Council and the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council.
Prior to joining the OCC, Mr. Hsu served as an Associate Director in the Division of Supervision and Regulation at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. In that role, he chaired the Large Institution Supervision Coordinating Committee Operating Committee, which has responsibility for supervising the global systemically important banking companies operating in the United States. He co-chaired the Federal Reserve’s Systemic Risk Integration Forum, served as a member of the Basel Committee Risk and Vulnerabilities Group, and co-sponsored forums promoting interagency coordination with foreign and domestic financial regulatory agencies.
His career has included serving as a Financial Sector Expert at the International Monetary Fund, Financial Economist at the U.S. Department of the Treasury helping to establish the Troubled Assets Relief Program, and Financial Economist at the Securities and Exchange Commission overseeing the largest securities firms.
Mr. Hsu began his career in 2002 as a staff attorney in the Federal Reserve Board’s Legal Division. He holds of a bachelor of arts from Brown University, a master of science in finance from George Washington University, and juris doctor degree from New York University School of Law.

He has over a decade of restructuring experience and has been involved in several large global restructurings including assignments across Europe, Asia and America. John Keogh is President and Chief Operating Officer of Chubb Group.
Mr. Keogh has more than 30 years of industry experience. He has served as Chief Operating Officer since 2011. Mr. Keogh joined the company, then named ACE, in 2006 as Chairman of its international general insurance business, which has operations in 54 countries and territories around the world. He was appointed Vice Chairman in 2010, Executive Vice Chairman in 2015 and President in 2020.
Before joining the company, Mr. Keogh held a range of positions with increasing responsibility during a 20-year career with American International Group (AIG), including Senior Vice President, Domestic General Insurance, and President and Chief Executive Officer of National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh (an AIG member company) from 2000 to 2006; Executive Vice President, AIG Domestic Brokerage Group, Head of Field Operations, from 1998 to 2000; and President and Chief Operating Officer, Lexington Insurance Company, from 1997 to 1998. He began his insurance career as an underwriter with AIG in New York in 1986.
Mr. Keogh is chairman of the board of overseers for the Maurice R. Greenberg School of Risk Management, Insurance and Actuarial Science of St. John’s University and he serves on the board of trustees of the Eisenhower Fellowships. He is also on the board of directors of the New York Police and Fire Widows’ and Children’s Benefit Fund, and the Brown University Sports Foundation.

Mikko Salovaara joined Revolut in January 2021 as VP Finance and became Group CFO in April 2021. Mikko spent five years with 3G Capital, three of which were with its portfolio company, Kraft Heinz. He was CFO of Kraft Heinz China, Kraft Heinz APAC and Kraft Heinz US. At 3G Capital, he focused on public and private investments, mainly in the global consumer goods industry. Before joining Revolut he worked for Elliott Advisors (UK) Ltd, with a particular emphasis on public and private market strategies. Emma Wade-Smith OBE is His Majesty’s Trade Commissioner for North America and HM Consul General New York. She was appointed in November 2021.
Prior to this appointment, she spent nearly 6 years leading the UK government’s pan-African regional trade and investment team, as Her Majesty’s Trade Commissioner for Africa.
Before moving into the world of trade and investment, Emma worked at the British Embassy in Washington D.C. as the UK’s Counsellor for Foreign and Security Policy.
This came on the back of a 2 year stint (2009 to 2011) heading up the UK government’s International Crisis Response Team. She was awarded an OBE by Her Majesty The Queen for her work helping British Nationals to safety from hot spots all around the world.
Emma has had a distinguished career as a British Diplomat spanning more than 2 decades, with postings to Mexico and Chile as well as secondments to the United Nations in New York; the European Commission in Brussels; and the UK Department for Business, Innovation and Skills where she worked on international trade.
Emma is married to John; speaks reasonably fluent Spanish; is a Seahawks fan; and attempts to play golf every once in a while.
