Thomas Corcoran
Director of Government Affairs, Qualcomm
Tom is Director of Government Affairs for Qualcomm, covering the UK and Ireland. He also leads the company’s work on digital market regulation across Europe. Additionally, he serves on the board of CODE, the Coalition for Open Digital Ecosystems, a Brussels-based organization that advocates the benefits of open digital ecosystems and interoperability.
Before joining Qualcomm, Tom led parliamentary affairs for a UK mobile network operator and worked in corporate affairs at Which?, the Consumers Association. He began his career at Labour Party headquarters.
