The STIR: Building a Truly Inclusive Work Culture: LGBTQ+ Perspective

While the business case has been made for diverse organizations, hiring individuals of diverse background isn’t sustainable without an authentic approach and an inclusive workplace culture that encourages everyone to succeed. In this panel, we will be discussing the importance of companies having genuine commitments to the LGBTQ+ Community.

A McKinsey Report found that more than one in four LGBTQ+ respondents are not broadly out at work highlighting the need for a more inclusive culture. We will also be discussing the unique challenges that LGBTQ+ employees face in the workplace, such as microaggressions, isolation and limited opportunities for advancement.

Join our panel of experts as we explore actionable strategies to help companies create a more inclusive workplace culture. We will discuss what it means to have a truly inclusive culture, and how companies can foster a sense of belonging for all employees.
