The STIR: Negotiate for What Matters

Negotiation is part of everyday life. Whether you’ve received a new job offer, are competing for a promotion at work, or asking your employer to support your MBA, countless negotiations take place. But before you accept any offer, take the time to consider what you want the most. Evaluate the offer against the criteria that are important to you, and then negotiate to get as much of what matters to you as you can. Don’t shy away from a negotiation – equip yourself to excel at it.

Join Chicago Booth’s Associate Dean Julie Morton and our Executives Coaches for an exclusive women’s workshop on negotiating for what matters. We’ll role-play negotiation scenarios to show you what works, and leave plenty of time for your questions. You’ll walk away with strategies for success, pitfalls to avoid, and resources to help you navigate your negotiations. Please come prepared to take part in a lively, interactive workshop with breakouts.

Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
